We believe that the true test of our success is the delivery of benefits to disabled Americans in a way that respects both their impairments and who they are as individuals.
We recognize that our clients can represent themselves or choose one of our competitors. However, what makes DGI unique is that we treat them better. We are good at listening to their concerns. We return our calls promptly. We communicate with our clients upon
the principles of competence, confidence and compassion. We keep our commitments to our clients and we keep them informed of the progress of their case – even without being asked.
As advocates, we are thorough and aggressive. We gather all available evidence to support each client’s case. We carefully and strategically present the evidence in order to maximize the chance of winning.
For us, treating our clients with dignity means that we recognize them as people. People who are facing the most serious challenges of their lives. Often they are not only sick, but they also are in serious financial jeopardy. Recognizing this, we make sure that they are treated as we would our own family. We do not treat them as a number, a file, or just another claim. Instead, we treat them with dignity and respect – and that is our sole competitive advantage.
We know that in order to treat our clients with dignity and respect, we must first operate with dignity and respect amongst each other. We speak to each other in a respectful tone. We listen to each other and respond appropriately. We are intentional in recognizing each other for accomplishments.
