Case Manager / Customer Care

Disability Group, Inc. places high priority on managing cases. The Case Manager will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, which includes working with Social Security Administration (SSA) Representatives and gathering information from medical providers pertinent to clients’ cases. The Case Manager will create and maintain a high level of sensitivity and understanding with clients.
