We believe that it is morally wrong that people who are sick through little or no fault of their own, become homeless. It is inconceivable that those who fall ill due to injury or disease are denied health care because they have no money by which to pay for it. We believe that no child should go hungry because their parent is sick.

We believe it is our obligation as Americans, and as human beings, to do our best to avoid the injustice of disability.
