We offer extensive training in medical and legal matters through lunch and learn programs, mentoring, observation and participation.
DGI Employees:
- Attend our optional lunch trainings to learn the skills to help you grow
personally and professionally.
- Once a month 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with your supervisor so they can help guide you to reach your goals (personally and professionally).
- Have opportunities to observe hearings.
- Have opportunities to attend national conferences to get feedback and information from others in the industry.
- Are provided with monthly management trainings that will assist in helping you
grow within the company.
